Due to the unique nature of our products, we must emphasize that handmade goods are sometimes not always uniform. Imperfections are the beauty of handcrafted work-and they are what make them so perfect. Expect slight or subtle variations in color or design, shape or size. But if you are certain upon delivery that the order is damaged, please let us know. Save all original packing materials for inspection and we will replace broken items if in stock.
